Spring is definitely the best time of year to have pressure washing one! Believe it or not, steady rain is the ideal weather condition to work in. It allows us to get more work done in less time, as we don't have to worry about the grime we just cleaned off readhering to the surface. Also, the rain itself creates a natural rinsing effect, shortening our cleanup times. We're charging just $1 per square yard, so call us up. There are absolutely no minimum charges here on Mercer Island!

We'll be cleaning gutters this year. I’m really focused on cleanup with gutter cleaning, so I don’t use a blower. I’ll be removing most of it by hand, but I may have to use an extension for my pressure washer to reach difficult gutters if the need arises. Either way, I’ll clean up any mess. I also have an environmentally (and human) safe spray for moss that can be applied with a hose if desired. I’ll be charging a pretty set rate of $5 per 100 ft² plus $50 per extra story. (3000 ft² 2 story home would be $200). If that sounds good to you, please give us a call or go to the Schedule Service page!

Looks like things are picking up early here at M I Windowcleaner. A more immediate than expected response to our customer appreciation mailer (Thanks!) has kicked us into a higher gear than normal in February (not HIGH gear, but maybe 3rd?) Lots of pressure washing to be done. Glad to be out and working, winter was getting long!

Having elderly guests over for Thanksgiving or Christmas? That mossy walkway can be a hazard when its wet. How about the view from the dining room? If the rain holds off, dirty windows could be a bummer!
